Meet Holland..
Hi, I am Holland Stidham a mental health counseling intern passionate about supporting individuals through life’s transitions. A Marine Corps veteran, former firefighter paramedic, wife, and mother, Holland brings both clinical training (Northwestern University) and deep empathy to her work with clients.
She has a special focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health, as well as the unique needs of veterans, first responders, and their families. Holland integrates somatic therapies and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), using the mind-body connection and evidence-based techniques to support emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and personal growth.
